Many zero waste shops & refill shops are closing daily at the moment- we feel very lucky to be in the position to continue trading!
Steadily, customer shopping habits have changed again and we are all looking at ways to save time and money. We have been looking at ways to help you with this whilst still doing our bit to reduce single use plastics
Many of our customers now refill at home with our 5 litre home refill sizes- saving time and also making a HUGE 20% saving vs refilling instore!
You may remember we let you know about upcoming service changes back in July, hopefully you've been in to see us and we have updated you in person too.
We have since identified which products our customers prefer to buy in 5L bulk sizes since then, thank you very much for the feedback instore!
From January 2023, we will only be offering in-store refills in smaller quantities of our core products.
You will still be able to bring your bottles instore to refill Miniml:

- Conditioner
- Bodywash/ Bubblebath
- Hand & Body Lotion
- Hand Wash
- Hand Gel & Spray
Our Miniml 5L refill sizes will be available in:
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Bodywash/ Bubblebath
- Hand & Body Lotion
- Hand Wash
- Anti-Bac Surface Cleaner
- Washing Up Liquid
- Eco Cleaning Vinegar
- Toilet Cleaner
- Floor Cleaner
- Laundry Liquid
- Fabric Conditioner
We will also be discontinuing any remaining FILL stock and Miniml dishwasher and laundry powder.
Your 5L home refills can be easily pre-ordered and collected when you're ready.
The home refill jerrycans are still great for keeping our closed-loop cycle going- Miniml take these back to Yorkshire, wash them & refill.
These changes combined will ensure we can anticipate demand better and maintain sustainable business whilst still focusing on our key goal: to reduce single use plastic.
